[ale] [DNS] Hover.com

Okay, Thunderbird's search stinks. Yesterday I could find the old ALE
thread about changing DNS registrars and took Jerald's advice to try
Hover. Less than 24 hours in but I'm happy so far. Still learning the
interface but their service pricing will save me some money since I
don't need really complex stuff. DynDNS had gotten pricey; in 2012 DNS
was $30, now it's $60 for one domain. Plus $15 Name Registration.
