[ale] Override Dell Optiplex 980 "Missing drive" on POST?

Hmm...still working on a good flash image. Even following the directions 
doesn't help. Bios is about 13 versions behind the newest, which is 
still pretty old.

Of course the missing disk problem was solved by putting another disk in.
