NAT/routing.  Not an issue.
For the VPN, I didn't test and only use ssh tunneling these days.  My WAN
connection is less than 15Mbps down and only 3Mbps up, so it won't come close.
Saw an offer for $140/month GigE coming to my area yesterday.  Lack of
competition means I get to pay double. Nice. I probably won't switch as my
connection budget is fixed.
