[ale] eth numbering change

provides an explanation and reasoning for the continued use of
admin-names for network devices.

Have grub force the old method.
  GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="net.ifnames=0 biosdevname=0"
Then have udev rules to avoid the unwanted names.
