[ale] OT: Cisco 7975 frequent call drops

Anyone here on the list have decent Cisco-IP-phone-fu?
For a long time now an office I sorta support has been
having frequent call drops with the above "phone" &
Charter/Spectrum phone service.  Best I can tell, the
ol'Nortel CICS works fine (with Charter).  Could use
some pointers, FMs to RT, etc.  Thanks!  -kc
