Moved, trying to keep Comcast just to make it fast. Not working.
Using the same Surfboard SB6141 as of three days ago. Service was to be on
today. The up and down lights come on green then go to blue. Comcast says
modem not responding to contact.
Hooked modem directly to incoming cable line, and then after the first
splitter. Lights still the same.
Is this me or comcast?
