pfSense has that built-in. Just need enough ethernet ports to do it.
Depending on the bandwidth desired and how low your power requirements
might be ... for a home or small biz, definitely look at the PCEngines
APU2 stuff. For $150 (total), it is pretty impressive. And it will run
Linux too.
