[ale] NodeMCU Lua build

For those now playing with the NodeMCU running Lua I've put up my base build on github. If interested read the the front page for info, ChangeLog, and TODO. Those 3 files should tell you what I am trying to accomplish with this code. 

It has grown into a beast, but I'm trying to create somewhat of a standard for my stuff regardless of what the device is doing.
