Always best to ask a professional and avoid getting into trouble. :)

In the simplest case, you just report the aggregate of your income
(whatever the W2 says plus whatever you earned on the side) and report
all the additional information (withholding, etc.) then pay the taxes.

But go see someone if you're not sure.
