[ale] Pidgin/Sipe for Lynx/Office365.com?

Hi,

I've got this working on Pidgin on Fedora 20.  My work uses
Office365/Lync/Skype-for-Business.  Note that the Linux integration only
gives you Text IM.  Neither audio nor video works correctly; it seems to
be a codec issue but I've not spent any time trying to track it down.
