This looks like a really fun project. We use Veritas Cluster Server on RHEL and MCS on Windows. Both are configured for fault tolerance. I?ve never setup a distributed computing cluster. I know it?s not a cluster but I will install distcc on all the nodes to speed up compile times.
I?m also curious about the new F2FS file system since the NFS server will be using an SSD. I think I have to stick with GlusterFS though since this will be a cluster.
