  Anyone know a very simple tool to manage a floating eth0:0 interface for
failover type connectivity?  I used to use Heartbeat but they've gone and
over-complicated it.  I don't want it starting services or changing
anything else.  I'm about to re-write my own in perl again but if someone's
already found something that might be quicker.
