Not currently possible without having full root access and a shell. If
you have that then you set up default routes for different IP blocks.
Traffic destined for IPs in blocks X, Y and Z should pass through the
cellular modem and the rest should pass through the wifi. But you'd
have to redo this every time you sat down or turned things on and off.
At the moment the routes are rewritten as the devices come up and down.
