[ale] SMTP 554

I can not send mail to a certain host and I'm at a lost as to why I'm 
getting a 554.

[root at support mail]# telnet mail03.regus.com 25

554 mail03.regus.com
Connection closed by foreign host.
[root at support mail]#


cfowler at cfowler-desktop:~$ telnet mail03.regus.com 25

I've checked the DNSBL and all looks good.  What could this problem be?
