Saw that my little blog was worth "about" $8M on one of those website worth X sites. Estimated value = 8,405,483 $ I'd like to sell! Heck, I'd accept 90% of that value. ;) The buyer can have the PC the VM running it uses too for that price. Now, just to find a willing buyer.
