[ale] Interesting job on the ale-jobs list

DevStack - http://devstack.org/  but no, a 7 yr old laptop is NOT enough.

Also - in a real cloud setup, something like puppet/ansible + cobbler is
mandatory. These are non-trivial to get going ... except ansible.  IMHO.
