Making money doing legal activities is never wrong. Out of the 3 things you've
listed, I personally find .NET the least offensive. ;)

With .NET, you can start programming with Mono on Linux.

A take it you don't think that programming for Linux is a viable career path for
you?

Getting paid is good.
