If the main problem is automated SPAM, then you could set up a web form
that uses captcha <http://www.captcha.net/> or some other automated way of
discerning legitimate job offers from SPAMbot crap. It may not be a perfect
solution, but if it gets out of hand, you could always fall back to the
current solution. A web form would also serve to remind the poster of
important details that they might otherwise forget to include.
