Citronella works against mosquitos, too.  You can use the oil right on 
your skin or get citronella candles.  Portable, biofriendly and nontoxic.

Don't bother with the "citronella" plant, it doesn't work (plus the 
marketed plant isn't the source of the citronella oil).
