[ale] [OT] Cars and licensing...



I don't know if I agree with that. I worked for Wang Labs years ago, and the rotary next to their corporate headquarters on 128 got hammered every morning and evening.
Never saw any real slow downs. It was a two lane rotary that stayed full during rush hour. Cars nose to tail in two lanes with constant motion.
Scary the first time I tried it, but pretty good after that.

They work fairly well until you get
more congestion.  In light traffic they are much more efficient than
lights or stop signs, but in heavier traffic, not so much.
