[ale] fyi - cheaper way to add a smart phone to verizon account

When you work with people that put up with monsoons, somehow having to
finish the release paperwork via notebook batteries and cellphone wifi
doesn't seem like a big deal.

I have actually fired up big DB updates via ssh session on a smartphone,
with a magnifying glass. That ain't fun. One of these days android
ssh clients will actually do ALL the dang characters on a bluetooth
keyboard like CTRL-X and CTRL-E without contortions.
