Have you tried using PS/2 -> USB converters?
Something like:
http://www.amazon.com/TRENDnet-USB-Converter-TU-PS2-White/dp/B0007T27HI/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1361071154&sr=8-5&keywords=USB+ps2+adapter
I use a USB converters with a ps/2 KVM with a stack of HP servers.
Works well.
