Blocking port 53 is not the problem. Apparently my ISP is intercepting the
inbound probes by my auditor and *answering*! (In an unsafe, non
compliant way...) How can I prove this? Which might satisfy the auditors
that I am not running a DNS server. Also that any cache probed is a
composit of numerous customers and not just me.
