[ale] how to fix temporary procmail failure

I put a new mail server into production today. The problem was that procmail 
wasn't finding .forward files for some users. I need to find a way to 
forward the mail of everybody who has a .forward file. Anybody know how I 
can do that? I have postfix, dovecot, & procmail.
