I don't know what the issue is / was.

Our configuration didn't allow for easy upload and installation through
the admin interface or Wordpress repositories, so the indicators that
the plugin was installed and enabled after I uploaded it via SSH were
apparently inaccurate.

I think we should leave the redirect up until ~midnight.

PS:  I noticed the google protest is really wimpy.  Just a
blackout box over their logo on the search pages.  You'd
think they could have at least done a timeout redirect.
