[ale] provider for static IP + VPN? [was: comcast business + mail server = static ip?]

An amazon EC2 Micro instance is $15 or less per month. I have a small
website and mailman server running off of on. I own a domain and have the
SPF records setup properly for the domain so I have no trouble getting
through spam filters.
