[ale] Ubuntu macbuntu

I tried to change my Ubuntu 11.04 theme to the macbuntu theme, but it messed
up everything.  When I tried to change back to the default theme using the
macbuntu uninstall script, I ended up with strange glitches in some apps.
 Firefox no longer works properly.  What's the best way of resetting
everything back to the default GUI from the command line?  I don't want to
have to re-install.

I later found out that macbuntu doesn't really work all that well with the
Unity interface.
