I guess I'm an idiot because I don't understand how that is supposed to
work unless there is a USB Ethernet chip in there.  I need to source
about 500 USB Ethernet adapters so I went on eBay to locate a seller
that may be able to provide that number and I saw at least 100 of these
USB to RJ45 converters.
