I've got 2 USB sound cards and one internal on my Ubuntu desktop.  I
just rebooted while leaving the two plugged in and the ordering I needed
was wrong.  The internal card became dsp1  while the USB became dsp and
dsp2.  Is there a way I can specify ordering at boot?
