not yet.  wait for two posts after mine.

FWIW, over the last several years I've looked at every Skype alternative 
I could find.  for ease of use nothing compares.

Unless GNU Freecall [http://www.gnutelephony.org/] kicks serious butt 
then it's up to Google Voice since Blink [http://icanblink.com/] and 
Ekiga [http://www.ekiga.org/] haven't had any real momentum thus far.

That said, it took Google a long time to come out with a Linux client 
for "Voice".  Which just shows you that even with deep pockets it was no 
easy feat.
