[ale] how do I list big files

Hi all,

I want to generate a list of all files on my hard drive bigger than 100 
MB and send the list to a text file.  I need to know the name of each 
file and which directory it's in.  I also want to search sub directories.

Is there an easy command line sequence I can use?

(PS - If you email me and don't get a quick response, you might want to
call on the phone.  I get about 300 emails per day from alternate energy
