[ale] Email formatting issues

I'm baffled about something that I know I've made a mistake on but can
not find it.

Here is an evolution mail box with just one email

http://support.opsdc.com/~cfowler/TEST

That email is multi-part.

The problem is the email looks good but evolution and outlook are
messing up the URLs and other parts of the email.

Here is one example

http://demo.opsdc.com/AlarmCenter/alarm_detail.html?id=699

That looks great if you vi the file but in the client it looks like
this:

http://demo.opsdc.com/AlarmCenter/alarm_detail.html?idi9

What I can't figure out is what I did for it to mangle the data.

Did I get the mime types wrong?
