Do a search in the package manager for "qt-" (without the quotes). I
assume Rich will want at least qt-devel, qt-doc, and qt-examples.
There's also a qt-creator package for the IDE.
Note that I did that search on Fedora 14. I would recommend upgrading to
at least Fedora 13, since Fedora 12 is not supported anymore.
