[ale] Dropbox to NAS

Dropbox does not support WebDAV or rsync so I'm using a unique solution
to backing up my Dropbox folder.

I have a backup appliance in a rack at Peak 10.  It will backup servers
and Windows laptops.  The laptops will run a special agent.  

For my laptops and desktops (all Ubuntu) I'm syncing my drop box folder
to a server in th rack and the NAS will back it up via rsync.

So the NAS on a scheduled basis will pick up ~/Dropbox from the
server.
