[ale] Slightly Off Topic need scriptable mail robot

I think I can do this by just cating a mail file but if anyone has a cleaner
solution please let me know.

I need to be able to download messages from a POP inbox, grab the message
content the resend that content to a second address as the subject line of
the second address, Does anyone have a clean solution to do this that does
not involve a client on a desktop logged in the entire time?
