[ale] KDE configuration in Kubuntu?

  Good evening!

Apologies if this is off-topic. I just installed Kubuntu 11.04 on my
laptop and I'm having some trouble with configuring KDE. I've
googled a bit with no luck but what I want to do is move the taskbar
and panel from the bottom of the screen to the right. This is
trivial to do with KDE 3 but with KDE4 I can't seem to find a
way to do it (In KDE 3 you right-clicked on the panel, when to
Configure Panel, and the Position option was right there).
