I'm sure Shoutcast was fun but she needs to learn about pirate radio.

All she needs is a decent antenna, a radio cable of transmitting in
upper side band on 6925k and plenty of music to entertain people with.

Pirate radio is more active on Friday and Saturday evenings.  I've heard
many stations.
