I don't know, but the few times I've tried to use KDE4, I gave up and went 
back to gnome! my wife still uses KDE3, I'm afraid she would SCREAM if I 
updated to KDE4 ! I used to love KDE, then I tried gnome, and stuck with it. 
trying to configure KDE4 drove me nutz!
