Anyone have any idea why one speedtest website would be consistently 
high whereas another would be return sporadic results?

speedtest.net  consistently shows 11 Mbps varying only by decimal values.

speakeasy.net/speedtest is consistently much lower, anywhere from 3 to 7 
Mbps.

On both websites I'm selecting the Atlanta location.
