Upgrade to Linux?

I can never bring myself to trust a machine that's been nailed,
especially the code/system of an ecommerce application.
But you are looking at an old fashioned fdisk and re-install
everything unless you can sleep well after just re-installing
the affected portions.  Do you know where all the nasty bits are?

As this is probably commercial software: What do they say?
