[ale] Ale-jobs spam

Since the ale-jobs list is not well publicised I am dismayed that it  keeps
getting hit with an attempt to sell a book with federal grant lists weekly
or more.

If someone on the ale list is involved, please pull out your fingernails and
stop spamming the jobs list.

Spam should return to being a high fat, tasty meat scraps food product often
eaten by campers. Mmmmm. Tasty, fried spam sandwich.
