More to poke the ire of those who fervently belive in the ineptness of
government as an institution.

Sometimes you have to act in a crisis to mitigate problems as best as is
possible. What I read from this is the usual red-tape BS blocked a process
that would have resulted in far less of a mess than anything the US has is
in't oil-spill bag of tricks. It was blocked because it was not 100%
perfect. But more oil would have been removed from the ocean that was done.

AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!! MORONS WHO CAN'T DO SCIENCE AND MATH SHOULD NEVER
BE ALLOWED TO MAKE DECISIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
