[ale] Certificate issue

I generated a RSA request for a customer and they sent me back the cert.
We've done this many times before.  This time is different.

I appened the certificate received by  Entrust to the RSA key file and
moved that to the 'ac.pem' file as configured in SSL.conf of Apache.

When I go to their site I get this:

Certificate is not trusted because it hasn't been verified by recognized
authority.  Is Entrust not in Firefox by default?
