If those are the only output lines and the numbers are the %Loss Rcv
and Snt columns, it means your route to dyndns.org is short but very
unreliable. Seventy percent packet loss is not good, even in a small
sample size. It also indicates to me that you're using a relatively
old version of mtr, since my version doesn't show the "Rcv" column any
more.
