[ale] JACK server with fire fox flash or mono player

Hello:

I am trying to setup JACK server so that my firefox playing video thru
flash/mooonlight will be able send audio to my recordmydesktop app.

What I am doing is going to a site say http://cnn.com and play a flash
video.  Then I have defined a region in recordmydesktop which record.
Currently audio is getting recorded thru mic.  But I was told that JACK will
be great for this kind of stuff where I can pipe audio from one proc to
another.

Any inputs or experience with this is appreciated.
