4.2.2.x DNS servers are Level 3's, if I'm not mistaken.  I use 4.2.2.1
and 4.2.2.2 as nameservers for all the DNS caches that I setup using
dnscache, or on networks that don't have one I just use them directly.

That reminds me, I need to setup dnscache on my home network...
