[ale] make a drive light blink

I have to remove a SATA drive with some SMART errors . . . but finding
it isn't exactly easy as it's part of a RAID in an internal 5-in-3
enclosure.

Does anyone know of a way to make it blink?

I guess I could fail it and it would be the only one not blinking, but I
was hoping to find an answer to this anyway.
