As a followup to this thread (which really didn't seem to be very
interesting anyhow) I've decided to try
http://www.nocostconference.com to conduct the interview. Like most
services like this the "nocost" part is for bare bones. I'm going
with one of the prepay per minute option so that it's a toll free
number. But the service actually looks pretty good, and all the
person I'm interviewing will have to do is phone a toll free number
and enter an access code. The session automatically records, and then
I can just download it and edit it with Audacity.
