The gnoem volume control program (the volume icon in your top panel's
notification area) lets you modify many pulseaudio settings now. The
only thing I miss is moving streams from one device to another (so I
can, for example, have music playing on my speakers and a voip
conversation on my bluetooth headset at the saem time); for that I
installed pavucontrol.
