You should be able to get an associate at a T-Mobile corporate store
(not the branded outlets that are run by third parties) to help you.
Additionally, calling T-Mobile may be of some use, as well. They should
be able to give you a SIM unlock code that will work for the phone.
Additionally, you can search the Internet and see if you can find a tool
that will generate a SIM unlock code for your phone. However, most such
utilities are written for Windows and may (or may not) run under Wine.
